Our philosophy is to enjoy life when you are a guest at The Norrmans Farmhouse - whether you are a staying guest or just wish to eat in the restaurant. We serve delicious food and drinks with attention to detail and flavour to give you a lovely taste experience in the beautiful surroundings.
We are committed to taking care of the world around us, which is why we always use only the best of the seasons' produce and like to prepare menus with a focus on minimising possible food waste.
In the restaurant we offer a 3-course menu for DKK 495,- The style is Nordic, rustic, delicious and flavourful - and it varies according to the seasonal ingredients and is changed about once a month, so we always serve the freshest dishes.
We recommend combining the menu with our wonderful wine menu, which is carefully selected by our wine specialists. If you prefer a non-alcoholic wine menu, we offer that too - and it's really delicious.
